Dalalist and Nordenlist merge - with Sveden Trä as main owner
At the turn of the year 2025/2026, two strong players in the list and wood industry will merge. Dalalist and Nordenlist will merge, with Sveden Trä as the main owner. Dalalist is already owned by Sveden Trä. The aim is to become an even stronger player in the market - with a broader range, more efficient production and even better service.
The merger means that Sveden Trä will operate in two distinct business areas going forward:
- Larger volumes and standard ranges - with Nordenlist's strength as a base to handle large orders and deliveries.
- High value-added specialty production - where Dalalist continues to offer customized solutions with long experience and strong tradition in the industry.

Dalalist is a long-standing player with extensive experience in the industry, while Nordenlist has built strong and close customer relationships over the past ten years. The merger combines these strengths to create an even stronger offering.
The merger does not mean any changes to ongoing collaborations - on the contrary, the offer is strengthened through combined capacity and breadth. Offices and staff from Nordenlist will be located in Nyköping.
The takeover will take effect at the turn of 2025/2026.
